Cancellation

A positive outcome requires that you follow the recommended timing of appointments. We will help you to proceed with your treatment in a timely fashion, but ultimately it is your responsibility.

In case of a change in your schedule please advise the office ASAP and no later than 48 business hours before the scheduled time to avoid a fee being charged.

As a courtesy, we will call you two weeks before a hygiene appointment and again two days before any appointment unless you advise us not to. If we leave a message, please call back to confirm that you are coming.
